Jawatan Kosong Assistant Officer Invoicing Tebrau Ref AV in Johor Bahru
Description :
- Preparing document for delivery good to customer.
- Issue packing list and warehouse team will start packing activity.
- Generate invoice by referring packing list after pack.
- Arrange shipment based on customer requirement.
- To ensure all the good are safely arrive at the destination by informing them through email or they will get notification especiallyby courier.
- Avoid any mistake during prepare the document for customer.
- Acknowledge for every shipment are good condition before sending or allocation the quantity before generate the invoice.
- Apply FORMs that required by customer to waive their tax during release cargo at port (destination).
- Ensure the document are accurate and tally with goods.
- To introduce only environmental friendly material to managerial level.
- To use only authorized direct/indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
- To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
- Perform any other related tasks/functions as and when required by the Company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
- invoicing: 1 year (Preferred)
