*Overview* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within nursing homes, retirement homes, and personal care communities. *Duties* - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld - Assist with dementia care and memory care services - Help residents with mobility and transfers - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to provide holistic care *Skills* - Experience in nursing home or home community care settings - Knowledge of vital signs monitoring - Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in retirement homes - Proficiency in dementia care and memory care techniques - Ability to provide personal care with compassion and empathy - Understanding of healthcare systems and protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a caring individual with a passion for helping others, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding Caregiver position.
