Jawatan Kosong OPERATION ADMIN in Kota Kinabalu

Description :

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Communication:

  • Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and address inquiries.

Documentation:

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and properly filed.

Sales Meetings and Events:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline information.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.

Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AutoCount software. (On the field training for AutoCount skill will be provided)

Detail-Oriented:

  • Attention to detail is crucial for accurately processing orders and maintaining records.

Team Player:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

Customer Focus:

  • A customer-centric approach and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders and customer inquiries.

Basic salary + EPF and Socso

Location:

PWKK - Lok Kawi

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
