Job Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment activities by matching suitable candidates with job openings.
- Coordinate both internal and external training activities, managing HRD Corp applications and ensuring our team is equipped with the best external resources.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and respectful work environment.
- Be the organized soul that keeps everything in check, maintaining meticulous records and supporting HR projects that drive our collective success.
Recruitment :
- Diploma or higher in a related field (e.g., human resources, business administration).
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Own transportation for flexible scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- 2 - 3years experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
