Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced barber to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding grooming services to our clients and contributing to the overall success of our barbershop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Haircuts and Grooming: Perform a variety of haircut styles and grooming services including trims, shaves, and beard maintenance, ensuring client satisfaction with each service.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, offering professional advice, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of grooming products and tools, placing orders when necessary to ensure the shop is well-stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other barbers and staff members to support a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal clientele.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of skills in various cutting and grooming techniques.
• Certification: Relevant barbering license or certification (as required by local regulations).
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
