Key Responsibilities

• Engage and Connect:
• Conduct outbound calls daily, creating meaningful relationships built on trust and empathy.
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and align them with PasXcel’s tailored solutions.
• Follow Proven Sales Scripts:
• Adhere to structured scripts designed for clarity and consistency while adapting your approach based on each prospect’s unique situation.
• Handle Objections with Confidence:
• Navigate challenges with resilience and empathy, maintaining trust and a solution-oriented mindset throughout the sales process.
• Pipeline Management:
• Take ownership of leads using CRM tools, tracking progress from initial contact to enrollment to ensure smooth follow-ups.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Embrace feedback and refine your techniques through ongoing coaching. Take ownership of your personal development by learning and growing alongside a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• Fluency in English:
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills are essential, including a pleasant tone, clear pronunciation, and the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Telesales Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-driven role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
