Job Descriptions
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the Director’s schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and direct them as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain the Director’s office files and records.
Meeting Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing necessary materials.
Travel Management:
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the Director.
- Prepare and process travel expense reports and reimbursement requests.
Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients.
- Communicate on behalf of the Director with stakeholders, clients, and employees as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Special Projects:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
