Jawatan Kosong Operation Clerk in Labuan
Description :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
- Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
- Book transportation for cargo delivery.
- Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
- Collect third-party bills to support documentation for invoicing purposes.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
- Monitoring deposit container.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in custom clearance.
- Capable of declaring paperwork in the customs system, including K1, K2, K3, and K8 forms.
Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
