Job Description:
- Create and maintain job postings on relevant job portals or recruitment channel.
- Supporting overall recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with hiring manager to understand their specific requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Responsible to ensure all the necessary recruitment documentation is in place for both hardcopy and softcopy.
- Assist hiring manager the onboarding process .
- All other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices: interview arrangement, recruitment tools.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills, and proactive.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to start October 2024.
- Preferably those can start work immediately.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
