Job Description:

  • Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters.
  • To assist on clerical duties such as extracting report, documentation filling and etc,
  • Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoice and other administrative works.
  • Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by the management
  • Preparing weekly/monthly report or upon request

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel, (familiar with Autocount system is preferred)
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferred
  • Fresh graduate are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
