Responsibilities:

• Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
• Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.
• Promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
• Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
• Manage relationships with partners.
• Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.

Requirements:

• Sales Management/Business Development experience.
• Team Management experience: minimum 1 year.
• Strong command of the English language (both written and oral).
• Highly developed analytical and decision-making skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
