Description :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage payables and receivables, including thorough bank reconciliation.
  • File and organize all company documents meticulously.
  • Collaborate with external accounting partners, assisting in monthly filing submissions.
  • Prepare tax filings, and manage tax installments.
  • Manage AR and AP accounts accordingly.
  • Navigate and assist in any tax audits ensuring comprehensive submissions.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, addressing tax matters, and handling compliance issues.
  • Handle statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax), payroll, EA forms preparation, memo creation, and timely submission.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, including the use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
  • Strong data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
