Description :
Job Role:
- Assists with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. They will coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, handle monthly payroll, prepare HR documents, support employee engagement initiatives, assist with performance management, and coordinate training and development activities.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have work experience in an HR role, familiarity with HR Management Systems, experience with full-cycle recruiting, good knowledge of labor laws, leadership abilities, solid communication skills, and a BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
