Description :
Main Duty
The ERP Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of corporate enterprise resource planning (ERP) to support all departments in day-to-day activities in performing works, projects, and shutdown activities in compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health policy, procedures, and work instructions.
Scope of Work
- Manage and maintain the organization's ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to users on the ERP (Epicor Kinetic) system, ensuring they are proficient in using the software.
- Participate in system implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting as required.
- Develop and execute training programs for ERP (Epicor Kinetic) users to maximize system adoption and productivity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Participate and support other business critical systems implementation and adoption including HRMS, CRM, Field Service and other systems whereas responsibilities include but not limited to requirement gathering, blueprint workshop, system testing, user training and system support.
- Participate in regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in ERP systems.
- Implement and monitor the company-wide IT infrastructure, platform, and operation support.
- Coordinate and implement OS works, Storage Area Networks (SAN) servers, network (LAN/ WAN), database and high availability cluster computing services.
- Work with Vendors to install and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Support and assist Group IT to implement and rollout system and infrastructure solution to each business unit.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and maintain best practices on managing systems/ services across all environments.
Education Attainment:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience:
- Experience in using Epicor ERP/ MRP/ MES / CRM / HRMS or Field Service
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP support, administration, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D).

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
