Job description
- Plan daily production schedule and check delivery schedule with sales coordinator.
- Stock control by keep on update the stock card, incoming and outgoing production.
- Maintains staff by orienting, and train operator and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, set process variables, observe control points and equipment.
- Monitoring personnel and resources, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within the process.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources.
- Any other related work assign by the superior from time to time.
Requirement
- Minimum with Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Engineering/Technical in any field that equivalent.
- 3 year working industry experience. Preferable in metal field.
- Able to lead team members to carry out job task.
- Good communication skills
- 30 - 40 yrs old
- Able to drive forklift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
