Description :

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the overall day to day operations.
  • Responsible for managing outlet keys, outlet daily opening and closure on time.
  • Recruit retail team members as and when required.
  • Provide orientation for new retail members.
  • Providing product training and customer service standard in store regularly.
  • Ensure housekeeping is completed on daily basis.
  • Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly.
  • Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitoring stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom.
  • Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members under payroll cost and ensure attendances are met.
  • Accountable for Loss Prevention & Security not limit to CCTV, inventory and spot checking.
  • Prepare reports and submit to Head Quarters
  • Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.
  • Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis.
  • Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.
  • Ensure retail team members follow SOP as per according to Management and Retail Operations Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate, dynamic, team driven and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
  • Strong leadership quality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.
  • Willing to work according to pre-planned shift hours and weekend/ public holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Commercial thinking with sales driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
