Jawatan Kosong Logistic Coordinator Cum Store Admin in Melaka

Description :

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver products to respective hospital.
Coordinate transportation, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient utilization of resources.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve potential logistical issues.
Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
Utilize cutting-edge logistics software to track shipments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize transportation costs while maximizing delivery speed.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in logistics and transportation.

Store Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and emails.
Managing the daily schedule/ task of the team.
Filling, updating & storing files to ensure they are accurate & accessible
Maintaining stock office supplies and equipment.
Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadline.
Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed
Positive working attitude, details oriented, responsible, committed, independent and resourceful.
Any other duties & responsibilities as & when assigned from time to time
Do the invoicing, delivery order, cash bill, and packing list.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM /Diploma, or equivalent
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and others.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics window software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Being able to go to work immediately would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • On call
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
