Kerja Kosong Import Customer Service Documentation in Johor Bahru

Description :

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
  • Required Skill(s): Require to have experience in import/export documentation processing.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Freight forwarding or equivalent.
  • Help manage current customer accounts.
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
  • Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
  • Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
