Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and conduct cost comparisons for HR/Finance/Commercial programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting.
- Perform statistical analysis to interpret HR/Finance/Commercial metrics and trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management based on data insights.
- Maintain accurate HR/Finance/Commercial databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle HR/Finance/Commercial projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in data analysis will be an added advantages.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,950.00 per month
