Jawatan Kosong Admin Clerk Procurement in Bintulu

Description :

1. Issue Material/Service Requisition Form (MRF) upon request, evaluate quotation and obtain approval from Management before proceed to purchase item.

2. Request and evaluating quotation from supplier.

3. Prepare purchase orders by GP System / Autocount system and send copies to suppliers. Track the status of requisitions or orders.

4. Must check and verify all goods arrived and received as per agreed purchase quantity. Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Check and verify supplier’s invoices are match with our purchase orders. Do the Receiving Transaction and posted the vendor invoice.

6. Submit Vendor Invoice/ Report to Account Department for payment arrangement.

7. Notify asset control officer (ACO) for any fixed asset purchasing.

8. Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Excel)

9. Other task assigned by the superior from time to time.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Procurement: 1 year (Required)
