Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Personnel cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role combines direct sales responsibilities with sales coordination tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure the timely processing of orders.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and materials.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or sales coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if required.
