Key Responsibilities:
Financial Documentation: Assist in the preparation and organization of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and statements. Maintain proper record keeping, filing, documentation, and correspondences.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the Finance Executive in processing payments, managing receivables, and tracking expenditures. Ensure the accuracy of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data in a timely manner.
Reconciliations: Help reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all financial activities comply with college policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.
Ad-Hoc Assignments: Assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments as needed.
Daily Operations: Assist in managing daily finance department operations.
