Kerja Kosong ASSISTANT ADMIN in Kemaman

Description :

  • Works with HR (other branch) in Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.
  • Assistant for Management team ( Procurement and Account ) .
  • Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
  • Records Keeping and Management
  • To maintain an effective communication system for achieving speedy conveyance of message, directives, instruction to and with another department
  • Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
  • Office facilities management.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the executive office members
  • Correspondence, memorandums, circular and report as assigned.
  • Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • To establish a proper filing system for all documentation related
  • To establish a trace system for all the department
  • Any task that will be required and deemed necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • license D/DA (Required)
