Kerja Kosong ASSISTANT ADMIN in Kemaman
Description :
- Works with HR (other branch) in Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.
- Assistant for Management team ( Procurement and Account ) .
- Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
- Records Keeping and Management
- To maintain an effective communication system for achieving speedy conveyance of message, directives, instruction to and with another department
- Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
- Office facilities management.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the executive office members
- Correspondence, memorandums, circular and report as assigned.
- Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- To establish a proper filing system for all documentation related
- To establish a trace system for all the department
- Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- license D/DA (Required)
