Kerja Kosong Project Admin in Kulim

Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with everyday administrative duties at project site.
  • Responsible for keeping records of all site activities, daily logs and timesheets.
  • To assist in processing invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
  • To assist in preparing necessary reports for management's review.
  • Responsible to manage the upkeep of site facilities like offices and rest areas.
  • To ensure site supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of SPM holder or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Immediate starters are preferred.
  • Possess ONE (1) years of related experience. Experience in construction industry is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
