Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor in Kota Kinabalu

Description :

1. Inventory Management:

- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely stock replenishments.

- Conducting regular stock counts and managing discrepancies.

- Using AUTO COUNT systems to track products.

2. Team Supervision:

- Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff.

- Scheduling shifts, managing workloads, and ensuring staff adherence to policies.

- Training and mentoring team members to enhance productivity.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinating incoming shipments and ensuring accurate receiving of products.

- Overseeing order fulfillment from licensee and timely dispatch of outgoing delivery.

- Liaising with transportation companies, and licensee to ensure smooth delivery and receiving operations.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and legal standards.

- Conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

- Implementing safety protocols and managing incident reporting.

5. Warehouse Layout and Organization:

- Optimizing the storage layout to enhance workflow and maximize space utilization.

- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of equipment, shelving, and storage areas.

6. Reporting and Record-Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, invoice and receipts.

- Preparing reports for management on warehouse operations, stock levels, and performance metrics.

- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

7. Problem Solving:

- Addressing operational issues such as delays, stock shortages, or damaged goods.

- Working with management to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

8. Budget Management:

- Assisting in managing warehouse budgets, including labor, equipment, and supplies.

- Monitoring and minimizing wastage or unnecessary costs.

9. Customer Service:

- Addressing licensee inquiries related to inventory or delivery issues.

- Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
