Description :

We are hiring! We looking to hire a Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Director’s Office and provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Director. Applicants must have a diploma or bachelor's degree in secretaryship or any related field with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Organising visas.
  • Organising corporate & staff events.
  • Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
  • Participate in highly confidential meetings and provide accurate records, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events. Manage and maintain the Director’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison for the Managing Director for internal and external inquiries.
  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the Managing Director.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

Requirements:

  • An energetic personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Extraordinary ability to multitask.
  • Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrity
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information.
  • High English and Chinese communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Well organized, responsible and meticulous, able to keep track of schedules and timelines.
  • Proficient in document editing software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any similar software.
  • Possess a driving license (Compulsory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
