Responsibilities:
To manage and monitor the following:
- Property Asset registration, disposal and transfer
- Repair and maintenance, security, upgrading, improvement and development.
- Rental, sales and purchase
- Auditing, inspection and reporting
- Other related duties
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
- ·Preferable those with minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills
