Job Responsibilities:

• Serving as a Point of Contact: Being the liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinating Project Schedules: Creating realistic timelines and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Liaising with Clients: Identifying project requirements, scope, and objectives by communicating with stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation: Ensuring the project team has the necessary resources at the right time.
• Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Serving as a Point of Contact: Being the liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project life cycle12.

Job Tasks:

• Assisting the Project Manager: Supporting the development of project management documents (e.g., Quotation, budgets, schedules, scope statements).
• Administrative and Bookkeeping Tasks: Managing invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents.
• Assigning Tasks to Team Members: Clarifying expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.
• Preparing Reports and Presentations: Documenting project progress and showcasing value.
• Supervising Project Procurement: Ensuring timely acquisition of necessary resources.
• Coordinating Meetings: Scheduling stakeholder meetings and providing updates13.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
