F&B ASSISTANT (COFFEE HOUSE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure that SOP is understood, followed and carried out diligently.
- To maintain highest level of grooming by the hotel management.
- To receive guest feedback and maintain good rapport with guests.
- To maintain all mis en plus are prepared in order, to ensure smooth service during operation hours.
- To check and ensure all equipments/ linens places are in working order, presentable and clean.
- To have attitude of helpfulless, friendliness and cheerfulness.
- To adhere strictly to hotel rules and regulations.
- To carry out station allocation plan and liase with captains ensuring guest reservations are prepared.
- To maintain and ensure buffet line is clean at all times.
- To adhere strictly to set standard of service set by the hotel management.
- Able to work long hours period (able to have flexible working hours).
- Know the F&B products and F&B menu, as well as service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
