Job Description
We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to join our company as an Human ResourceExecutive. This role demands performing necessary administrative tasks in the human resources department, such as staff management, hiring process, social welfare, and archiving of HR records.For an HR Executive, it is important to possess strong interpersonal skills and focus on creating a positive work environment where employees feel safe and secure.Also, the HR executive will update HR policies, create referral programs, and oversee recruitment processes for the company. Working with the company CEO and/or Director to plan valuable HR policies and implementations including taking multiple decisions to help drive organizational progress, leading and directing HR activities, and proposing changes that strengthen the company’s position in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: An HR Executive should be adept at sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools is essential.
- Employee Relations: Building positive relationships with employees, handling grievances, and ensuring a healthy work environment are crucial skills.
- Labor Laws and Compliance: Understanding labor legislation, employment contracts, leaves, and insurance regulations is vital. Compliance with legal requirements is part of an HR Executive’s role.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes, setting KPIs, and managing employee performance contribute to organizational success.
- Training and Development: Assessing training needs, coordinating learning programs, and fostering employee growth are key responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders is essential.
- Leadership and Decision-Making: HR Executives often lead teams and make strategic decisions related to human resources.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is valuable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Typically, 3-5 years of related experience
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
