Position Title: Customer Support Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: [Kuala Lumpur and Penang ]

Salary: Up to 5500 RM

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as needed.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description: Network Engineer

Position Title: Network Engineer

Location: [Petaling Jaya]

Salary: [7000]

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
• Maintain network security by implementing and managing security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support and optimize network performance.
• Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security principles.
• Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
