Description :
Job Description
- Post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.
- To assist on the inventory control and other related field.
- Prepare yearly financial report & monthly reconciliation analysis.
- Handle full sets account & prepare financial report.
- Perform monthly & annual accounts closing and generate management accounts for review.
- Assist in providing information as required for statutory tax & audit issues.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, GL bank reconciliation & another required schedule, and aging.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
- Any other ad hoc task when required by superior and management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess SPM, STPM, LCCI or certificate or diploma in Accountancy.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of the Autocount system is an added advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
