Job Description Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare Conceptual Design Mood boards
- 2D Layout Planning
- 3D Model Design and Photorealistic renders
- Construction Drawings and Details Drawings.
- Prepare Action Plan Minutes during Client Meetings.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Specialists to prepare a full set of coordinated drawings.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and select Materials following the concept design and branding.
- Issue Site Instruction drawings to ensure quality detailing.
- Provide standard weekly report updated
