Kerja Kosong Operation Assistant in Kangar

Description :

1.Assist in planning and scheduling transportation routes and delivery timelines to ensure efficient operations.

2.Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals, minimizing delays and optimizing route efficiency.

3.Monitor daily transport activities and provide updates to the Operations Manager on any issues or delays.

4.Support the management of the company's fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

5.Assist in tracking vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

6.Help in arranging for routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the vehicles.

7.Maintain accurate records of all transport-related activities, including driver logs, delivery schedules, and maintenance reports.

8.Ensure that all transport operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

9.Assist in preparing and submitting required documentation, such as permits, licenses, and regulatory filings.

10.Serve as the primary point of contact between the transport department and other departments, such as customer service and warehouse.

11.Communicate with clients and vendors to provide updates on delivery status, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

12.Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and procurement of transport-related services.

13.Assist in managing the driver roster, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that drivers adhere to schedules.

14.Provide support to drivers in resolving on-road issues, such as breakdowns, delays, or accidents.

15.Assist in conducting driver performance evaluations and implementing training programs as needed.

16.Assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the safe operation of vehicles and the well-being of drivers.

17.Monitor compliance with road safety regulations and company policies, addressing any violations promptly.

18.Assist in conducting safety audits, accident investigations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

19.Identify opportunities for improving transport efficiency, such as optimizing routes, reducing fuel consumption, and minimizing delivery times.

20.Assist in implementing new technologies or systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transport operations.

21.Support the continuous improvement of transport processes and workflows.

22.Assist in the preparation of reports, including transport performance metrics, cost analysis, and fleet utilization.

23.Support the Operations Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the transport department.

24.Help in maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all transport-related documents.

25.Ensure that customer delivery requirements are met, and address any issues or complaints related to transport services.

26.Assist in coordinating with the customer service team to provide timely and accurate delivery updates to clients.

27.Help in resolving any transport-related disputes or issues with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

28.Provide support during peak periods, special projects, or emergencies as required.

29.Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
