Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruiter Executive

  • Partnering with Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • To support and collaborate with the HR & Operation team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Responsible for seasonal workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding.
  • Prepares correspondence and personnel reports as needed/required.
  • Assists with coordination of employee activities and special events.
  • Prepares manpower & recruitment reports, forms, data input and general forms for HR activities, based on facility support/guidance.
  • Assist the HR & Operation Manager to plan, create ideas and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, including recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction levels and implement interventions to address issues and improve overall engagement.
  • To assist the Manager's in organize and facilitate employee engagement programs, team-building activities and initiatives to foster collaboration & communication among employees.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and mutual support to enhance productivity and employee morale.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in recruiting processes and employee training programs, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify high-potential employees and implement development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Assists with other administrative duties as required and provides input on changes to personnel policy/procedure manuals.
  • Ensures timely and accurate data entry and corrections of HR transactions into systems.
  • Ensuring candidates complete post-hire paperwork correctly and verifying eligibility to work.
  • Works closely with HR & Operation Management Team to ensure staff coverage.
  • Assist & support HR & Operation Manager & Management team from time to time whenever required.

Requirements:

⮚ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field.

⮚ At least 2-3 years of work experience in a recruitment & human resources department experience in the retail industry is an advantage.

⮚ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

⮚ High self-motivation and excellent time management skills.

⮚ Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer service focused.

⮚ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead projects when required

⮚ Prefer a strong administrative background and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

⮚ Results driven with emphasis on keeping commitments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
