JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to aggressively promote PUDU robotics portfolio, primarily in non-semiconductor industries.
- Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and key decision-makers to drive direct sales.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively generate leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the technical and solutioning teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
- Manage and expand the reseller network across Malaysia
- Support and ensure reseller success by providing strategic guidance, pricing support, and co-selling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and reseller performance to optimize channel growth.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to represent the company.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Preferable with 1–2 years sales working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Committed and driven and willing- to- learn.
- Able to travel and possess own transport.
- Technical E&E/ Mechatronic/ robotics background is a PLUS but not necessary.
- Preferable course of study: Degree in E&E, Mechatronic, IT/Computer Science. 2nd priority and open to other courses as well.
- This position can be based on PG, JB, KL (flexible).
- Strong hunter mentality – aggressive in lead generation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly proactive and good team player to work with technical team to close deals.
- Background in industrial automation or robotics is an advantage.
