In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

i. Support the management on employee relations processes and procedures to enable effective management, conflict resolution, and problem solving.

ii. Conducting, overseeing and otherwise assisting with employee relation issues to handle employee concerns and grievances and to identify and implement appropriate employee action and accountability practices.

iii. Assisting the management in maintaining relationships with employees & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

iv. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

v. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.

vi. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

vii. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date

viii. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

ix. Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

x. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

xi. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

xii. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

xiii. Maintain HR systems and processes

xiv. Conduct performance and salary reviews

Requirements:

i. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.

ii. Sound knowledge of Employment Act and IR Act.

iii. Excellent in Data Analysis using Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, etc.

iv. Experience in handling IR-related issues is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

i. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.

ii. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

iii. Result orientated with strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.

iv. Able to deliver training and interact with employees at all levels.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
