Position Overview:
As an intern in our dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, human resources, operations, and management. You will work closely with experienced professionals in each department, contributing to real projects and initiatives while learning about the intricacies of each function.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies and measure campaign performance.

Human Resources:

  • Aid in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and databases.

Operations:

  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to drive operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Management:

  • Shadow senior managers and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving organizational performance and achieving business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing or HR software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.

Intern will be supervised in evry task that are given.
