Jawatan Kosong PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE in Sepang
Description :
- Conduct timely market reviews and/or requests for proposals (RFP/RFQ) of contracts in accordance with established guidelines and processes.
- Lead or participate in negotiation with service providers on commercial terms, contract terms & conditions and service level agreements, prior to contract award/renewal.
- Conduct cost and service comparison and present recommendations for award of contracts.
- Monitoring the performance of suppliers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cost management initiatives Support Business Users to resolve operational and service level issues with service providers.
- Driving the overall performance and cost optimisation across the supply chain.
- Be the decision maker on the supplier/source selection process and manage all supplier relationships , performances and claims.
- Conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers.
- Scale up the implementation of digitalization and data analytics of contracts.
- Invoice verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies with relevant internal departments
- Ensure deliverables are in line with contractual terms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
