JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service staff
- Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.
- Conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.
- Conduct effective customer due diligence.
- To reconcile daily transactions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role Familiar with money changing and remittance business
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
