Kerja Kosong Account Admin in Alor Setar

Description :

We are Sharp Authorized Dealer-Kedah/Perlis for Office Product. Looking for Account Clerk urgently.

Job Description:

  • - Data entry, filing, general admin works, prepares letter and etc

- Assisting in issuing sales invoices and key data into accounting system
- Filing and organizing office documents

  • - Follow up outstanding payment

- Experience/knowledge in simple bookkeeping is an added advantage

  • -Female only
  • Responsibilities:-

*Account posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and up to date.

  • *maintaining accounts, receivables, or payable.

*perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
*Familiar with preferable, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.

  • *Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.

*other ad-hoc task as assigned.

  • Requirement:-

*At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*immediate starter is highly preferable.

  • *Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
