Description :

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Sales Data Updates:

  • Gather and update daily sales figures from all digital platforms, including e-commerce sites, social media and marketplace .
  • Maintain and organize daily sales data in spreadsheets (Excel).

Manage Costing:

  • Update and maintain cost databases in the Auto Count system.
  • Prepare cost breakdowns for all products for all digital platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all costing-related documents and calculations.

Manage Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconciling the company’s bank accounts by comparing the bank statement with the internal financial records

Manage Sample and Disposal Items:

  • Ensure all sample and disposal items are logged into the inventory system with the correct documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of verified costs for sample and disposal items.

Manage Fixed Asset Listing:

  • Maintain accurate asset records, including purchase details, location and depreciation methods.
  • Update and maintain the fixed asset listing in Auto Count system.
  • Ensure all new fixed assets are properly recorded and classified.
  • Assist with annual fixed asset audits, providing necessary documentation and reports to auditors.

Manage Commission Digital Sales:

  • Gather and consolidate sales data for the month, ensuring that all orders are successfully delivered.
  • Check return and complaint reports to see how they affect commissions.
  • Liaise with Fulfilment team to confirm return cases and resolve any issues arise.
  • Calculate sales reps' monthly commissions based on their performance, following the commission rules.
  • Prepare monthly reports showing total sales, ROAS, commission rates, and how much each sales rep earned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Account / Finance or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience in related fields
  • Proficient with Accounting Software and System
  • Familiar with Microsoft System & Software
  • Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
