Kerja Kosong Front Office Assistant in Hang Tuah Jaya
Description :
- Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.
- Read log book and initial at the beginning of every shift.
- Attend daily briefing before start of shift.
- Perform reception functions.
- Assist guest in opening/handling of safe boxes.
- Perform cashiers functions.
- Attend to all guest enquires, request and complaints.
- Perform reservation functions as and when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Ensure all shift closing are balance.
- To report to superiors of all guest complaints.
- Maintain safety/security and confidentiality at all times.
- Maximize revenue through up-selling and suggestive selling.
- Generate reports as and when required.
- Attend monthly meetings as and when required.
- Perform other duties as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
