Responsibilities:

Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and update our social media pages, with a primary focus on creating engaging content that sparks interest and attracts fans.

Content Creation: Develop, design, and post high-quality content daily that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, in both English and Chinese.

Audience Engagement: Build and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations to keep our followers engaged and active.

Campaigns and Facebook Ads: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and ads, with a focus on Facebook, to increase reach and engagement.

Site Support: Support the company website by driving traffic through social media, linking content, and maintaining a seamless user experience across platforms.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our social media presence and create viral-worthy content.

Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on key metrics and use insights to improve content strategy and drive growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media pages with strong engagement and growth

Proficient in Facebook Ads, content creation, and social media management tools

Ability to create and manage content in both English and Chinese

Creative, innovative mindset with a knack for storytelling and engaging visuals

Strong communication skills and an understanding of audience engagement strategies

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Ability to think on your feet, adapt to trends quickly, and create buzz-worthy content

Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
