Description :
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm
Job Requirements:
- Minimum years of working experience related to the work scope: 3 years working experience in administrative duties.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Scopes:
- Manage and maintain site documentation, including project reports, permits, safety records, and timesheets
- Prepare, compile, and distribute correspondence such as memos, reports, and meeting minutes and to ensure all documents is up to date
- Act as a liaison for HR-related matters, such as employee inquiries, policy communication, and grievance handling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of site staff, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Ensure of all stationeries and office consumables are available including ordering for stock replenishment.
- To support periodic cash flow planning and management to ensure optimisation of funds.
- To support in preparing monthly billing to ensure timely and accurate billing to the customer.

- Salary Range: From RM 1800 to RM 2500
