Description :
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Certificate in Building/ Construction/ Civil Engineering.
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience in building/construction industry or fresh graduate.
- Must be dynamic, pro-active and hardworking.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- To coordinate all site activities in accordance with outlined construction schedule.
- To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawings & Specifications.
- To oversee/supervise work in progress for workers productivity & also to ensure minimum wastages on material usage.
- To ensure that the works is built to quality standard with minimum defects.
- To participate in all sub-contractors’ meetings etc.
- To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time frame.
- To organise the workflows for sub-contractors and worker
