Jawatan Kosong PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND ADMIN CLERK in Ipoh
Description :
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes as and when needed
- Help with daily time management/appointment/booking
- Run errands as requested/send goods/documents and etc
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Drive and drop within the town vicinity
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- reminding the person in charge of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing expenses
- must possess own transport (car)
- key in data/information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,499.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
