Key Responsibilities
- A leader responsibility include ensuring quality, achieving output targets, managing manpower effectively and material usage reducing attrition
- Leader must ensure that product are ready and shipped on schedule to meet export deadlines.
- To ensure smooth operations and maintain productivity.
- To responsible for production line quality and output to meet schedule plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM or Diploma (Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
