Your tasks:
- Maintain accurate administrative records and assist in day-to-day operations.
- Using SQL system, manage invoices, payments, and financial documentation with precision.
- Support the team by keeping records, organizing resources, and ensuring all finances are tracked.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Stay updated by attending relevant seminars and events.
It's a bonus if you:
- Love balancing numbers and organizing processes efficiently.
- Have strong attention to detail and task management.
- Are familiar with accounting software or previous admin/account experience.
- Are a quick learner, ready to master new systems and processes!
