Kerja Kosong Key Account Executive in Bayan Lepas
Description :
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the assigned territory.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance, product) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, issues, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Apprenticeship
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
